2012 Project 10 Annual General Meeting : June 14th at 6h30pm

Want to know what happened at P10 this year? Curious about how it’s run, and who makes it a perpetual fun place? Want to get involved?

You are invited to attend Project 10’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday, June14, 2012 at 6:30pm. It will take place at our usual drop-in space, 2075 Plessis in the basement.

Agenda

6:30	Snacks and visiting

6:45	Choose Facilitators and minute-taker for the meeting
	Review and approve the agenda
	Review and approve the minutes from AGM 2011  

7:00	Activity Report for the year
	Description of financial report and presentation of next year budget
 	Approve these reports

7:40	What does the Project 10 Board of Directors do anyway?  	
	Choose an election officer 
        Elect new members to the Project 10 Board of Directors 

8:00	More snacks and drop-in time...

To be a candidate for the board of directors, you must fill out this form and send it to brunolaprade_p10@yahoo.ca before the AGM. Candidates will be ask to do a short presentation on why they want to be part of Project 10 board of director at the AGM.
