Participant’s Comic Art
My comic is called Blue moon. It’s the story of Alaya, a teenage
girl living on one of Jupiter’s moon, who’s been chosen to bring
back what was once stolen from her people, Magic!
Bio:
My name is Shana Behary, I am 23 years old and I come from
an island called Martinique. Five years ago I moved to Montreal
to be able to work in the video games industry. I am currently a
sound designer and composer for video games and an overall art
lover. My goal as an artist whether it is in audio or in comics is
to express myself and hopefully inspire others.
It’s the story between the communion between our main character, who retreats to the depth of the forest to host, create and participate a ritual that would connect her with her higher self and mother nature.
It’s a story about honoring self and environment(s) as well as the seen and unseen by reclaiming the time spent taking care and connecting with these aspects.

Léa “Rebe!le” Lagier is a multidisciplinary artist from the island of Jouanacaëra, colonially known as
Martinique. Currently residing in Tiohtià:ke, she studies Psychology and Sociology. Their art expression is
multilingual, using mediums such as prose and visual & cinematographic art.
